Thanks to GL Homes and Youth Haven, ten high school graduates received a celebration they will never forget.
Each of these teens has been homeless in the past and overcame many hurdles to achieve this educational milestone.
GL Homes and Youth Haven, which provides housing and support for teens experiencing homelessness, joined forces to provide several of these graduates with a photo session with a professional photographer. All of them were treated to a graduation party complete with gifts and cake to celebrate their success.
Many of us take for granted that graduation photos and a party are a rite of passage. But for teens with no family support, these photographs and celebration will be joyful reminder for years to come.
