More than 1,400 families in need received holiday groceries and more to prepare a Thanksgiving feast — including turkey and pumpkin pie. St. Matthew’s House organized its annual Hope for the Holidays food distribution with help from dozens of volunteer groups including GL Homes.
St. Matthew’s House hosted November Thanksgiving food distributions in Collier and Lee Counties.
The GL Homes team: Dianna Betancourt, Matt DiNicola, Kendra Horan, Mary Platten, Debra Sforza and Tambra Wolfe spent their morning packing Thanksgiving groceries and holiday supplies for hundreds of families.
