GL Homes employees joined the fight to end hunger at Feeding South Florida in Boynton Beach to commemorate Hunger Action Day. GL Homes volunteered to make 1,200 nutritious, ready-to-eat meals for homebound older adults and low-income families living in South Florida.
September is Hunger Action Month, part of a national, annual campaign to raise awareness and inspire action to combat hunger. Hunger Action Day, September 23, is a day where collective efforts across the country are focused for greater impact to help the millions of people in the United States facing hunger.
