Habitat for Humanity of Lee & Hendry Counties received more than $52,000 in furniture and home goods from Valencia Harbor. The donation included kitchen appliances, artwork, artificial plants, chairs, light fixtures, desks, and bookshelves, offering a wide selection of functional and decorative household items.

The items will be sold at a Habitat ReStore in Fort Myers, where 100% of the proceeds support Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties in partnering with local families to build, preserve, and improve safe, affordable homes.

“We are incredibly grateful for GL Homes and the relationship we have built together over the years. Their continued commitment to Habitat for Humanity and our ReStores speaks volumes about who they are as a company and as a community partner. This generous furniture donation from Valencia Harbor is a reflection of that partnership in action, and the impact will be felt well beyond our ReStores. Every item donated helps us generate the revenue that makes it possible for families in Lee and Hendry counties to have a decent, affordable place to call home,” said Vice President of Retail Operations Chris Fowler of Habitat for Humanity of Lee & Hendry Counties.

The mission of Habitat for Humanity of Lee & Hendry Counties is to put God’s love into action, bringing people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
