Sometimes, the simplest acts make the biggest impact.
Volunteers from GL Homes visited The Philip D. Lewis Center in West Palm Beach, serving 70 dinner meals catered by Feeding South Florida and preparing two days’ worth of bagged lunches for guests.
Opened in 2012, The Lewis Center serves as Palm Beach County’s point of entry for adults experiencing homelessness, providing temporary housing and access to resources that help individuals work toward stability.
Thanks to the partnership of Feeding South Florida, guests not only enjoyed dinner that evening but also left with meals for the days ahead.
