Habitat Broward celebrated an important milestone: its first affordable housing community in Coral Springs. Business and community stakeholders including GL Homes, were on hand for the ceremonial groundbreaking.
Sixty people will call these 13 townhouses home by late summer 2024 when the construction project is expected to be completed. GL Homes designed these homes, which will be 1,800 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The energy-efficient homes will include impact windows, modern kitchens and garages.
